As the Deutsche Post don't send goods by registered mail since January 2019, shipping is now carried out as follows:

to Germany as DHL parcel (insured up to a maximum of 500, - €)

to the countries of the European Union, Switzerland and Liechtenstein as DHL parcel (insured up to a maximum of 500, - Euro)

to all other countries as DHL parcel for the conditions of the Deutsche Post (insured up to a maximum of 500, - Euro)
 

Goods with a value over 500, - € will not be refunded in case of loss since 2019, therefore, the shipping of articles with a higher value is at your own risk. A refund can also not be made when paying with Paypal.


Delivery only against payment in advance. Orders are generally dispatched within 3 - 7 days after receipt of payment to the conditions and the current rates of Hermes and Deutsche Post!

The transportation risk, even for a loss of registered mail and insured parcels, is always at the expense of the customer ! The risk of accidental loss passes with the handing over of the article to the contracted delivery company to the customer (BGB § 447) ! If a delivery of the article for reasons that are not attributable to the seller, does not take place, claims against the seller are excluded.

Posters will be shipped in a tube and are insured up to a maximum of 500 euros.

We will provide you the tracking number on request.

Only the German text has legal force !


Letters and parcels are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
